All Advertising Copy should be delivered to BBC Global News Limited (BBCGN) in full compliance with the BBC Global News Terms (which are available via the MEG platform UI) within 7 working days in advance of TX. Any acceptance of a bid by BBCGN is not to be taken as confirmation of such compliance.
Copy instructions are to be sent by email to globalnewstvcopy@bbc.com within 7 working days in advance of TX. Please include in the email these items: (i) the MEG campaign name; (ii) the MEG campaign ID and (iii) whether the Advertising Copy is to be uploaded via a Media Delivery Portal other than the Peach video platform.

All Advertising Copy should be sent via the Peach video platform to the station name “BBC World News HD” located at https://www.peach.me/en-gb/ If the Advertising Copy is to be uploaded via another Media Delivery Portal (subject to BBCGN’s prior approval), please send this by email to: globalnewstvcopy@bbc.com
