This section covers how to bulk edit your inventory including the below:
- Remove breaks
- Delete an episode
- Book out slots you've sold outside of the platform
To bulk remove breaks:
- Go to 'Portfolio' and then 'Owned Inventory'
- Select the channel
- Select the programme
- On each episode line, there is a box
- Tick all of the boxes of the relevant episodes
- Scroll to the top of the page and select the button that says 'Remove breaks'
- Tick which part of the break you'd like to remove. This could be start, centre, end, or all
- Once you've ticked the correct breaks, select the 'remove selected breaks' button
- You will see the breaks have been removed within this view
- Note: If you have pending or accepted bids within these breaks, you will need to replace the media first. If not, these bids will automatically be rejected.
To bulk delete episodes:
- Go to 'Portfolio' and then 'Owned Inventory'
- Select the channel
- Select the programme
- On each episode line, there is a box
- Tick all of the boxes of the relevant episodes
- Scroll to the top of the page and select the button that says 'Delete episodes'
- Select 'Confirm'
- You will see the episode has been deleted and the text strikethrough and the breaks have been removed
- Note: If you have pending or accepted bids within the episode, you will need to replace the media first. If not, these bids will automatically be rejected.
To bulk book out slots:
- Go to 'Portfolio' and then 'Owned Inventory'
- Select the channel
- Select the programme
- Select the button at the top of the page that says 'Book out slots'
- Select the tick icon for the relevant slots
- Once you have selected all relevant slots, select the button that says 'Done'
- A pop-up will then appear
- Confirm the amount of seconds you need to book out
- Confirm the reason for booking out the slots
- Select 'submit'
- You will see the slot booked out in the view
- To un-book it, select the spot and select 'yes' - this will need to be done one by one
- Note: If you have pending or accepted bids within the slot, you will need to replace the media first. If not, these bids will automatically be rejected.
