TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADVERTISING ON DW


Customer Obligations

The campaign booking must be made at least two weeks before the start of the

campaign. The customer will provide DW with the necessary materials and information

at least one week prior to the start of the campaign. If the delivery of the TV spots is

not made in time, a timely broadcast cannot be guaranteed.

Upon booking, the client/agency authorizes DW to use the name, trademarks, logos

and service marks of the client as well as recordings from the TV commercials for

promotional and marketing purposes on DW's websites.

All prices in € plus statutory VAT. Spot rates as of 03/2022.
