Customer Obligations

The campaign booking must be made at least two weeks before the start of the campaign. The customer will provide DW with the necessary materials and information at least one week prior to the start of the campaign. If the delivery of the TV spots is not made in time, a timely broadcast cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that our DW (English) channel is broadcast almost worldwide. TV spots aired on this channel must have worldwide licensing rights.

Upon booking, the client/agency authorises DW to use the name, trademarks, logos and service marks of the client as well as recordings from the TV commercials for promotional and marketing purposes on DW's websites.

All prices in € plus statutory VAT. Spot rates as of 08/2022.

  • Get Rich Quick (ads that claiming to disclose lucrative business secrets to users, or offer a substantial amount of money or goods for little or no consideration)

  • Grants, Scholarships & Financial Aid

  • Investing, Consumer Loan

  • Medicines and food supplements

  • Politics

  • Prizes & Competitions

  • Religion, Faith & Belief

  • Ring tones

  • Security Equipment & Services

  • Sensationalism (ads on sensational topics such as celebrity arrests, divorces or deaths as well as ads intended to shock the user)
