Resource Editing Inventory

You'll be able to edit your inventory once you've uploaded it. There are multiple things you can do:

1. Remove breaks
2. Delete an episode
3. Book out slots you've sold outside of the platform
4. Edit the name of the episode
5. Edit the date and/or time of an episode

You will also be able to complete numbers 1-3 of the above in bulk, please see the documentation here.

To remove breaks:

• Go to 'Portfolio' and then 'Owned Inventory'
  
• Select the channel
• Select the programme
• Go to the relevant episode where you would like to remove the breaks
• Select the 3 dots inline
• Select 'remove breaks'
• Tick which part of the break you'd like to remove. This could be start, centre, end, or all
• Once you've ticked the correct breaks, select the 'remove selected breaks' button
• You will see the breaks have been removed within this view
• Note: If you have pending or accepted bids within these breaks, you will need to replace the media first. If not, these bids will automatically be rejected.

To delete an episode:

• Go to 'Portfolio' and then 'Owned Inventory'
  
• Select the channel
• Select the programme
• Go to the relevant episode that you would like to delete
• Select the 3 dots inline
• Select 'delete episode'
• Select 'confirm'
• You will see the episode has been deleted and the text strikethrough and the breaks have been removed
• Note: If you have pending or accepted bids within the episode, you will need to replace the media first. If not, these bids will automatically be rejected.

To book out slots:

• Go to 'Portfolio' and then 'Owned Inventory'
  
• Select the channel
• Select the programme
• Go to the relevant episode that you would like to book out slots for
• Select the tick icon for the relevant slot
• Confirm the amount of seconds you need to book out
• Confirm the reason for booking out the slots
• Select 'submit'
• You will see the slot booked out in the view
• To un-book it, select the spot and select 'yes'
• Note: If you have pending or accepted bids within the slot, you will need to replace the media first. If not, these bids will automatically be rejected.

To edit the name of an episode:

• Go to 'Portfolio' and then 'Owned Inventory'
  
• Select the channel
• Select the programme
• Go to the relevant episode where you would like to edit the name
• Double click on the episode name
• A freeform text box will appear
• Enter the new name of the episode and click the tick to save
• To cancel, click the cross

To edit the episode:

• Go to 'Portfolio' and then 'Owned Inventory'
  
• Select the channel
• Select the programme
• Go to the relevant episode that you would like to edit
• Select the 3 dots inline
• Select 'edit episode'
• Change the air date and/or time within this view
• Select 'update'
• You will see the episode has been updated within the 'air date' and 'time' columns
• Note: If you have pending or accepted bids within the episode, these will be carried over to the new date/time with the same break prices
